Mamafe 30 Day Guarantee— Highly fragrant candles with an awesome scent throw. And a quality wax that burns evenly and smoothly. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of Mamafe's candles please return unused portion of the candle for a full refund and/or replacement.

Note: Because of the quality fragrance oils used in Mamafe Candles, burn candles for (2) hours and extinguish while still enjoying the fragrance throughout the room for hours after burning.

Product Availability— Although Mamafe's will do everything possible to prevent out of stock situations, however there may be instances where product demand may increase unexpectedly, in those situations, the following applies:

Back Order Processing: "Back Order" status indicates that the product will be shipped within (7) working days. Mamafe's will immediately ship all of the items that are currently in the warehouse then follow with additional shipments of the back ordered items.

Temporarily Out of Stock or Stock Not Processed: Temporarily out of stock products are those which are not expected to be received in the Warehouse for at least (7) days and an estimated shipping date cannot be predicted.

Shipping Options—

Standard (4-7 Business Days):

Mamafe's Candles will normally ship your orders so that you can expect to receive them within 4-7 business days from the day Mamafe's receives your order. This allows for internal packaging and processing time as well as transit time. Depending on your location, packages will be sent via UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Express (3 Business Days):

For an additional charge you can request that your order be shipped by express services.

Priority (2 Business Days):

For an additional charge you can request that your order be shipped by priority services.

Other Issues— A complete street address with a current phone number is necessary to ensure prompt delivery. MAMAFE'S CAN NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES.

When calculating shipping days, be sure NOT to include Weekends or Holidays.
